Clothing
Athletes are required to wear clean clothing designed and worn in a manner that is not objectionable. The clothing must be made from a non-transparent material, even when wet. Athletes mustn’t wear clothing that could obstruct the view of the judges.
When representing their Member Federation, athletes shall participate in the uniform approved by their Member Federation, including in the victory ceremony and other related events.
Bibs
Every athlete must visibly wear the bibs. The bibs must be worn as issued, and cannot be cut, folded, or otherwise modified.
The bibs may contain numbers (as allocated in the start list), the athlete’s names, or other suitable identification.
In all Events (except Jumping Events), two bibs must be worn on the front of the torso and back.
In Jumping Events, one or two bibs must be worn, either on the front of the torso and/or back.
An additional number identification on the side of the lower body may be used when a Photo Finish System is used.
